Terms of Sale & Site Use

Last updated: 14 July 2026. These terms cover purchases from the Konduit store and use of this website.

Seller

Konduit Fine Foods operates this store (registered in England and Wales). Order and cancellation notices may be sent to support@konduitfinefoods.com.

Orders and contract

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order by confirming dispatch, unless the order confirmation expressly says otherwise. Orders remain subject to availability, valid delivery details, and successful payment. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount taken.

Products and pricing

We take reasonable care with descriptions and images, but natural food products and packaging can vary slightly. Prices are in GBP and the checkout shows delivery charges and the total before you commit. Any obvious pricing error may be corrected before acceptance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Payment

Stripe securely processes payment. We do not store full card details. Payment may be authorised when you order and captured according to the checkout confirmation. We may pause or cancel an order where payment is refused or fraud checks require review.

Delivery and risk

Available delivery services, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Please contact us promptly about loss, damage, or a delivery problem.

Cancellation and returns

For eligible distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. We allow at least 14 days to notify us. Statutory exceptions can apply, including some rapidly perishable goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons. Return goods with reasonable care and use the address supplied by support.

Refunds and faulty goods

Approved cancellation refunds include the basic outbound delivery charge where required by law and are made using the original payment method within the applicable statutory period. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods have separate statutory remedies; contact us with your order reference and evidence of the issue.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Site use and content

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape it abusively, or attempt unauthorised access. Site content and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be commercially reused without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and those services have their own terms.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live. We may update these terms prospectively; the terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order.
