Who controls your data
Konduit Fine Foods is the controller of personal information handled through this site (registered in England and Wales). Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@konduitfinefoods.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when ordering, joining the mailing list, or submitting an enquiry. This can include your name, contact and delivery details, order history, correspondence, and marketing preferences. We also receive essential technical and security data such as IP address, browser information, and request logs.
Why we use it
We use order and delivery data to perform our contract with you; accounting and fraud-prevention data to meet legal obligations and protect the service; enquiry and service data for our legitimate interests in operating the business; and marketing data only where you have consented or the law otherwise permits it. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Payments and sharing
Stripe processes payment information, and we do not store full card details. We share only what is needed with hosting, email, delivery, professional-adviser, fraud-prevention, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on an approved transfer safeguard where required.
Retention
We keep order and accounting records for the period required by tax and consumer law. Enquiries, security logs, and marketing records are retained only while needed for their stated purpose, dispute handling, or a legal obligation, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability of your information, and may withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and can retain data where the law requires it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses only storage necessary for core functions such as administration security and retaining your basket. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and service monitoring intended to protect personal information. No internet service is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change, and will publish the revised date here.
